Kathy Baylor is a New York City-based trender and entertainment consultant. After spending 10 years in the music industry at companies including Universal Records, Motown Records, and Polygram, she went independent in 2000 and formed The Mageborn Company, an international entertainment consulting entity. She often partners with Culture of Future for trending projects, is a published freelance writer, represents two Asia-based professional stunt teams, and continues to consult on recording projects for major and indie record companies worldwide.
Kathy feeds her voracious pop culture jones a varied global diet of music, film, television, retail, science, technology, language, and literature. She also studies a traditional Japanese martial art and is a deft diplomat and translator between the cultures of creativity/art and business.
